Andy Ray Marquez

Andy Ray Marquez is a proud husband, father, and woodworker. He is a purple heart recipient who served as a marine in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Music provided an outlet when it came to dealing with post traumatic stress. In 2017 Andy received a  BA in philosophy from CSUSB. Shortly after he decided to build mixed media sculptures.

As an emerging artist he focuses on pushing the limits in building with weight distribution. Most of his work is abstract and spotlights the use of angles. Each piece brought into existence is meant to invoke thought upon its observers.
